Welcome to Bernie’s Cinema! By purchasing tickets, attending events, or using our website or services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Ticketing & Admission

  • All ticket sales are final. Refunds are only issued if a show is canceled by Bernie’s Cinema.

  • Late arrivals may be denied entry or seated at the discretion of our staff.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service or entry to anyone behaving in a disruptive or unsafe manner.

  • Guests under the age of 19 are welcome until 10pm, as per our license agreement. Please avoid purchasing tickets for movies scheduled to start at 8:45 PM or later, as we’ll have to kindly ask you to leave.

2. Private Events

  • Event bookings require a deposit to confirm your reservation.

  • Final guest count and menu selections must be submitted at least 7 days prior to your event.

  • Damage to the space or equipment during an event may result in additional charges.

3. Food & Beverage

  • No outside food or drink is permitted.

  • Alcoholic beverages will only be served to guests 19+ with valid ID.

4. Conduct & Safety

  • We expect all guests to treat our staff and each other with respect.

  • Any behavior that compromises the safety or enjoyment of others may result in removal without refund.

5. Website & Online Services

  • Our website and booking platforms may experience occasional downtime. We’re not liable for any losses due to interruptions.

  • Prices and showtimes are subject to change without notice.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content, branding, and promotional materials are the property of Bernie’s Cinema and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Changes to This Policy

  • We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website.

8. Gift Cards

  • Bernie’s Cinema gift cards are redeemable for tickets, food, beverages, and private event bookings.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
  • Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced—treat them like cash!
  • Gift cards do not expire and have no fees.
  • Balances can be checked in-person or by contacting us at [insert email or phone].
